All proceeds for the 2023 event will go directly to Emmanuel House. As the conference organisers, Hallam will not profit from your conference donation.
Gift Aid should not be claimed when making a donation in return for tickets (raffles, events and auctions) or goods and services (including ‘experience’ days). This is because they are not ‘freewill’ gifts – you are getting something in return for your donation. However, when we send our donation over, we’ll be able to add GiftAid on top of that.
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to process payments on the day. Booking in advance is necessary, and we expect the tickets to sell out…
This is a suprisingly controversial question!
In order to keep as close as possible to our belief in affordable marketing debates open to all, we’ve taken the decision to not include lunch in order to keep the ticket prices as low as possible whilst still providing the best possible content. Don’t worry – we’ll still be working lots of networking opportunities into the day.
We’ll be providing you with teas and coffees upon arrival, the mid-morning break and an afternoon ice cream break, too.
For lunchtime, there’s a whole myriad of amazing independent places nearby. Read our blog to find out our favourite places nearby.
Absolutely! All good things must come to an end, so after a full day with our inspiring speakers, join us for a chance to unwind, relax and reflect on a successful day with your peers and new connections. We’ll be announcing our after party venue very soon…
Yes, the Playhouse does have free WiFi but it’s probably fair to say that the venue isn’t quite used to having a large gathering of hundreds of data-hungry digital junkies! Please be aware that the WiFi may not or may not be up to the strain – it may be easier to assume the worst and make sure you have your own data package, just in case.
Yes, please bring your ticket or show it on your phone at the registration desk when you arrive.
