Francis is Hallam’s Head of Experience, specialising in UX and visual design. With 15 years of experience working in digital industries, Francis was Lead UX / UI Designer at Boots for around a decade. Outside of the office, Francis is a big true crime fan and believes he would make an excellent detective.
