Susan was awarded an MBE for services to entrepreneurship and innovation in the Queen’s Honors 2018. Also in 2018, Susan was made a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing and named a BIMA 100 CEO and Leaders shaping the digital industry. Susan is the founder of Hallam, the hosts of the Digital Summit, and organised the first Summit in 2018. Following a successful management buy out, Susan retired in 2021 and now divides her time between her homes in the UK and USA.
